The many times Danish Award winning Trio Mio have done it again!
A new release with compositions beyond the normal standard of contemporary Danish/Scandinavian roots music.
-And agian awarded as "The Folk Composer of the year" (Nikolaj Busk) at the Danish Music Award Folk 2011

The Danish/Swedish connection Kristine Heebøll (DK), Nikolaj Busk (DK) and Jens Ulvsand (S) has over the years united their uniquely different musical backgrounds, their musicality, tunes and feeling to something very unique and one of a kind.

Trio Mio joined forces in 2004 with the release of "Trio Mio" GO 0204. In 2005 they released their second CD "Pigeon Folk Pieces" GO0805. For this they received two Danish Music Awards. The third album "Stories around a holy goat" GO0707 was released in 2007 and brought the band 4 Danish Music Award, amongst them the prize "Album of the year".
They have played all over Denmark, Europe, USA and Canada and looking forward to present this new CD and music on the coming tours.
